Addressing System Problems:

In case of any problems with the system related to the installation and implementation process, Viragostar Co. will address the problem for free with the employer’s agreement after the main contract's expiration to return it to the desired state.

Signing Support Contracts After Installation:

Enterprise system installation and implementation contracts receive annual support after the expiration of the main contract due to task variety and the possibility of changing needs. Although signing this contract is not mandatory, it is recommended due to the variety of services provided and the possibility of changes to the system. In case of signing this contract and using various monthly, daily, or 24-hour support panels, the enterprise can ensure its system performance and receive valuable periodic reports on the subject.

Evaluating System Performance Integrity:

During the support period, the system’s performance is constantly tested and evaluated, and any problems are addressed remotely if possible or with on-site technical experts. An annual information recovery drill is also intended to ensure system backup for use in emergencies, and the written reports are given to the employer.

Remote Debugging:

Access to systems and addressing possible problems are accomplished by remote desktop access during the support period, and written reports are delivered to the employer at the end of every month.

Systemic and Process Changes:

Upon the employer’s request, Viragostar Co will implement systemic changes. If the demand requires expanding the software's default features, the request will be completed after evaluating the financial and technical aspects with worker/hour and time estimation.

Access to Educational Videos and Articles:

Some of Viragostar’s educational videos and clips are only available to customers. An abundance of local and foreign videos and articles on PLM and ERP systems will be aggregated from various websites and made available to special members.

Periodic Meetings:

Regular in-person meetings will be held on the implementation site during the support period to address possible problems and evaluate implementation progress in the customer’s organization.

If problems occur when support is offline, you can send tickets and receive a response as soon as possible.
