Customization and Development

This phase allows for monitoring product development processes and measuring its indicators to respond rapidly to changing demands and needs and improve project efficiency, decision making, and scientific prediction.

This is an important and perhaps crucial aspect of implementing these systems, and can cause irreversible costs to enterprise efficiency, current expenses, and the integrated system’s performance, and lead to failure if done incorrectly.

Our activities in customizing services and developing integrated systems include the following:

1. Creating a data schema specific to the target industry or organization, including adding the required new data objects or increasing or changing data object attributes in the system.
2. Designing new organizational forms and changing the existing standard forms for better compatibility with the organization.
3. Defining customized workflows according to new organizational forms and ensuring process and transaction integrity.
4. Creating various changes in the software user interface to aggregate features in specialized unit desks and reduce access time to interrelated features.
5. Customizing various standard BOM tables and adding the required data to meet enterprise standards in providing bills of materials.
6. Changing or increasing specific data fields including measurement units, counting units, process states, and references according to enterprise needs
7. Supporting Persian language and numerals in various sections of the software.
8. Enabling the use of the solar calendar in necessary sections of the software, including forms, tables, reports, and others.
9. Designing specialized reports for receiving the desired information in the standard enterprise format.
10. Changing software security levels or creating customized and complex authentication mechanisms for user and manager working groups according to enterprise needs.
11. Designing various registry and issue automation processes or changing document or data object states according to the obtained conditions and the target organization’s needs.
12. Designing and implementing various standard warehouse, technical and engineering department, or fully customized coding systems in single or multi-level, and formal or informal coding formats according to enterprise standards.
13. Customizing printed enterprise technical documents, including various plans and archive documents.
14. Designing the necessary software for converting and formatting information or databases, such as staff lists, access permits, standard part library, and others to prepare them for entry into PLM and ERP systems.
15. Designing and developing new management dashboards for constant monitoring of technical or business indicators with corporate governance.
16. Designing and developing new software for integrating ERP, PLM, office automation, or other software to create a unified online data flow for transferring information.
17. Designing and developing new work modules to cover enterprise processes in a unified manner according to prevailing standards in PLM and ERP systems.
